SISTAR replaces Busker Busker at the top on Billboard



Girl group SISTAR, composed of 4 members, recently ranked first on the US Billboard K-pop chart.
On April 20, according to the latest US Billboard chart (third week of April), SISTAR’s song “Alone” from the first mini album, which was released on April 12, ranked first on K-pop Hot 100.
The song has ranked first on a Korean music chart and now it is ranked first on the Billboard K-pop chart as well.
Busker Busker, who appeared on Super Star K3, ranked first for the last two weeks. Their song “Cherry Blossom Ending” was relegated to second place. 4minute’s “Volume Up” ranked third.
Emotional band Nell returned performing in 4 years and their song “The Day Before” followed them by ranking fourth. Busker Busker entered the Top 10 list with “Yeosu Night Sea” and “First Love.”
SISTAR’s title song “Alone,” including dream like and addictive melodies, is written by songwriter Brave Brothers.
